Jeju Region Official Dealer Designated as Kojin Motors
Expansion of Customer Service Network
Changwon and Ulsan Service Centers to Begin Service in May
[Herald Business = Reporter Seo Jae-geun] Audi Korea announced on the 4th that it has selected Iron Auto as the official dealer for sales and customer service in the Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam regions, and Kojin Motors as the official dealer for sales and customer service in the Jeju region.
Iron Auto already operates an Audi new car showroom and service center in Busan Geumjeong, an Audi concept store showroom in Gimhae, Gyeongnam, a certified used car showroom and service center in Yangsan, and a service center in Jinju, Gyeongnam. To ensure more stable network operations and provide high-quality services, Iron Auto has been newly selected as the official dealer to manage the network in Busan, Ulsan, and the Gyeongnam region. Additionally, Kojin Motors has been newly designated as the official dealer to manage the Audi network in the Jeju region to provide sales and services to customers in that area.
The new networks to commence operations first are the Changwon Service Center and the Ulsan Service Center, with customer services starting in May. Both Iron Auto and Kojin Motors are preparing for the sequential reopening or new opening of new car and service networks in the existing Busan, Ulsan, Gyeongnam, and Jeju regions and plan to continue providing premium customer services through the newly added networks.

They further mentioned, “With the top priority on enhancing the customer service experience, we will continuously expand our network, strengthen points of contact with customers, and consistently improve the A/S service experience to convey brand value.”
