Gyeonggi Province Office.

Gyeonggi Province is recruiting individuals and groups to participate in the “2025 Cultural Heritage Utilization Project,” which supports the development and operation of various programs using national heritage, from February 3 to 12.

The Cultural Heritage Utilization Project aims to effectively convey the history and value of national heritage to residents, and it supports the discovery and implementation of programs that can utilize heritage in various ways, such as education, performances, and experiences.

This year, a total budget of 100 million won will be allocated, supporting individuals and groups with 6 to 10 million won each.

The application categories are divided into individuals and groups: individuals can apply in the field of intangible cultural heritage activation, while groups can apply for utilizing designated cultural heritage.

Eligible applicants include holders of designated intangible cultural heritage, training educators or graduates, groups holding intangible cultural heritage designated by the province, or non-profit organizations or groups related to national heritage. As of the announcement date, January 20, 2025, applicants must reside in Gyeonggi Province.

Applications must be submitted through the local subsidy management system (Botam-e) between 9:00 AM on February 3 and 6:00 PM on February 12. No mail or in-person submissions will be accepted.

The final selected projects will be announced in March following reviews by the Cultural Heritage Utilization Project Selection Committee and the Local Subsidy Management Committee.
