Expected lowest temperatures in major cities are as follows: Seoul 4°C, Incheon 4°C, Chuncheon -2°C, Gangneung 5°C, Daejeon 2°C, Daegu 3°C, Jeonju 3°C, Gwangju 4°C, Busan 7°C, and Jeju 11°C.

Expected highest temperatures are: Seoul 16°C, Incheon 13°C, Chuncheon 17°C, Gangneung 17°C, Daejeon 18°C, Daegu 18°C, Jeonju 18°C, Gwangju 17°C, Busan 15°C, and Jeju 15°C.

The entire nation will see mostly cloudy skies, with up to 5mm of rain in the southern coast of Jeollanam-do and 5 to 20mm of rain in Jeju. Some areas in southern inland Jeollanam-do and the western southern coast of Gyeongsangnam-do might see raindrops.

Fine dust levels will reach ‘bad’ levels in the metropolitan area and Chungnam. In the morning, Gangwon Yeongseo, Sejong, and Chungbuk are also expected to have ‘bad’ levels of fine dust. The Ministry of Environment explained that most of the dust was generated domestically and has accumulated.

In some places, thick fog is expected. In the northwest of Gyeonggi, visibility will be less than 200 meters in the morning, while the rest of the capital area, Chungcheong, Jeolla, and western inland areas of Gyeongsangnam-do will have less than 1km of visibility.

In the open seas near Jeju, strong winds of 30-55 km/h are expected, with waves rising 1.5 to 3.5 meters high, prompting a high wave advisory. Caution is required for maritime safety.
