Rebellion participates in the largest tech conference in the Middle East, strengthening its efforts to penetrate the Saudi market.

Rebellion’s CEO Park Sung-hyun participated as a speaker representing Aramco’s partner company at the Middle East’s largest tech conference, ‘LEAP 2025,’ held from the 9th to the 12th (local time).

During the event, Park Sung-hyun took part in two major sessions. On the 9th, he shared growth strategies as an AI semiconductor unicorn at a panel session attended by CEOs of global unicorn companies. On the 11th, he presented business visions for the Saudi market in the ‘Tech Arena Session.’

In the unicorn session, Park said, “The recent open-source model announcement by DeepSeek has brought AI cost-efficiency to the forefront. We have been proactively preparing for these market changes. I believe the key to successful startup growth lies in collaboration with strategic partners, and Rebellion is realizing this through Aramco’s investment.”

Rebellion was selected as one of the top-performing companies among Wa’ed Ventures’ (a CVC of Aramco) 50 investment portfolio companies and will present at the ‘Tech Arena Session’ on the 11th. During this session, CEO Park will outline Rebellion’s business strategy for Saudi Arabia.

Last year, Rebellion became the first Korean startup to attract strategic investment from Aramco and has recently supplied products to Aramco’s data center. In the first half of this year, they will establish a Saudi subsidiary and accelerate the expansion of local business.

CEO Park noted, “Through this event, I realized that Saudi Arabia is embracing the AI era more actively than any other country. Based on strategic partnerships, Rebellion is pursuing a differentiated localization strategy and will create diverse cooperation and business opportunities as a leading AI infrastructure company connecting Korea and Saudi Arabia.”
