CEO Hwang Hyun-sik stated during the 1st quarter online performance sharing meeting on the 17th, “We created a new brand slogan with the intention of becoming a company that focuses on digital transformation (DX) using AI,” adding, “Due to the increasing customer interest in AI and DX fields, we revised our communication strategy at a brand level.”‘,

The telecommunications company is set to launch a solution called ‘Aqua’ next month, which utilizes AI chatbots for internal data searches. Their goal is to introduce an enterprise AI data solution next year. In addition, they are developing an AI contact center (AICC) for customer service centers, AI secretary services for mobile services, and AI secretary services for employees.
