In particular, concerning the core issue of job gap being wage disparities, measures will be devised to prevent excessive expansion based on company size, employment form, and the presence of labor unions, as well as to promote a performance- and ability-based wage system. Additionally, it will propose policy alternatives to improve the treatment of vulnerable workers, such as platform workers who are not adequately protected under the current legal system, and present policies that truly represent their interests.’,
