Tourism Venture Business Competition… Seeking to Discover 140 Companies
‘The Korea Tourism Organization will discover and support 140 tourism venture companies through the 16th Tourism Venture Business Competition until the 4th of next month.’
‘Through this competition, they plan to select 30 companies in the pre-tourism venture category, 70 in the early-stage tourism venture category, and 40 in the growth tourism venture category.’
‘Companies wishing to participate in the competition can choose one category based on their business content: tourism deep tech, tourism infrastructure, tourism content, or tourism experience services.’
‘The organization plans to select final candidates through document review, presentations, and on-site inspections in each category. The selected companies, totaling 140, will receive up to 100 million won in commercialization funding per company for about seven months until November this year.’
‘Additionally, they will provide support in professional consulting, education, promotion, market development, mentoring, and offer collaboration opportunities with public institutions and organizations. There will also be mentoring programs with global leading companies in the tourism sector for outstanding companies.’
