Tomorrow, the rain will spread nationwide. Contrary to usual autumn rain, a significant amount of rain is expected this time. The expected rainfall is over 120mm in Jeju Island, over 100mm along the southern coast, and up to around 60mm in the Seoul metropolitan area and other central regions. In particular, very heavy rain of up to about 50mm per hour is expected to concentrate in the southern coast and Jeju.
After the rain stops the day after tomorrow, cold air will move southward. On Wednesday, the daytime temperature in Seoul will drop to 16 degrees, and on Thursday, the morning temperature will plummet to 6 degrees, making it colder than usual for this time of year.
Tomorrow, the skies across the country will be cloudy, and strong winds are expected in the western coastal regions. The morning’s lowest temperature in Seoul will be 16 degrees, about 5 degrees higher than today. The highest daytime temperatures will be 18 degrees in Seoul and 20 degrees in Cheongju.
