Lotte Rent-A-Car announced on the 7th that it is launching the ‘Car Care Plus Membership,’ which provides benefits worth 30,000 won monthly, including fuel, car wash, parking, rental car, and engine oil change discounts, for a subscription fee of 3,000 won.
The Car Care Plus Membership is designed for drivers seeking to reduce vehicle maintenance costs. Membership offers practical monthly discounts, such as 5,000 won for fuel, 3,000 won for car washes, and 2,000 won for parking, totaling 10,000 won in discounts. Additionally, members can enjoy a 10,000 won discount on short-term car rentals and a 10,000 won discount on engine oil changes (on-site maintenance).
An annual subscription is more economical at 30,000 won per year. Annual subscribers also receive a one-year free driver insurance benefit, covering up to 30 million won in fines and legal fees in case of an accident, providing reassurance for unexpected situations on the road.
The car maintenance service, which includes an assigned mechanic visiting for maintenance, has also been expanded and reorganized. In addition to the existing on-site engine oil change service, the service now allows anyone who owns a vehicle to handle their car maintenance in one go, including car management and car care membership. The on-site vehicle maintenance service allows drivers to have their engine oil and battery replaced at a location of their choice, eliminating the need to visit the mechanic shop in their busy schedules.
