Kia announced on the 10th that it will launch a concentrated hiring effort for experienced professionals in the first half of 2025 to lead the future mobility market.
The hiring sectors include a total of 25 areas, such as PBV (Purpose-Based Mobility), IT, Customer Experience, Manufacturing Solutions, Special Projects, Finance, Autoland Gwangju, and Autoland Hwaseong, covering 86 job roles in total.
Document submissions will be accepted for 15 days from today until the 24th. The first round of interviews and competence tests will occur between mid-April and early May, with the second round of interviews scheduled for the end of May to early June.
Kia plans to conduct this focused recruitment of experienced professionals during the first half of this year, which differs from the monthly general recruitment schedule. Through this initiative, they aim to accelerate business by securing high-caliber talent across all sectors to spearhead the future mobility market.
