The evaluation took place over 3 days on the challenging Nürburgring Nordschleife circuit in Germany and its surrounding roads, where journalists from both media outlets test-drove the target electric vehicles and evaluated each model.
The evaluated vehicles included the Hyundai Ioniq 5 N, Tesla Model S Plaid, BMW i5 M60, Porsche Taycan Turbo GT Weissach Package, Lotus Evija, Pininfarina Battista Anniversario, and Lucid Air Dream Performance, totaling 7 high-performance electric vehicles.
Hyundai stated that all the vehicles compared in the evaluation, such as the Pininfarina Battista (€2,618,000), Porsche Taycan Turbo GT Weissach Package (€240,000), and Lucid Air Dream Performance (€218,000), were priced higher than the Ioniq 5 N (€74,900).
