Honda Unveils New ‘H’ Logo

Honda announced on the 13th that it will introduce a newly designed ‘H Mark’ as a symbol representing its automobile business and will gradually apply it to the global market.

Honda’s H Mark has been a core symbol representing its diverse automobile products since it first appeared in 1963. With the introduction of the next-generation electric vehicle lineup, the ‘Honda 0 Series,’ Honda has redesigned the H Mark. The new mark, through the shape of two hands reaching forward, conveys the expansion of mobility possibilities and Honda’s commitment to actively respond to the demands of automotive sector customers.

The new H Mark symbolizes Honda’s ‘second founding’ in response to the rapidly changing automotive market driven by electrification and the spread of intelligent technologies. It reflects Honda’s determination to lead market changes by creating new customer value based on advanced technology and fresh ideas, without being bound by existing conventions and business practices.

The new H Mark will be sequentially applied to the full range of electric vehicles and major hybrid models, starting with next-generation models released after 2027. Additionally, it will be utilized across the entire global Honda automobile business, including customer contact points such as dealer showrooms, motorsport activities, and brand communications.
