On the afternoon of the 10th, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, stated that they plan to take legal action regarding the assertions made by Garo Sero Institute about the actor during a YouTube broadcast. They described these claims as being clearly false.
The agency mentioned that Garo Sero Institute made several malicious assertions against Kim Soo-hyun and the company, including claims that Kim Soo-hyun dated the late Kim Sae-ron from the age of 15, accusations of improper conduct by Kim Sae-ron’s agency during her DUI incident, and allegations of collusion with YouTuber Lee Jin-ho to harass Kim Sae-ron. The agency emphasized that these claims are false and that they are considering the strongest possible legal response.
The agency also expressed their deep sorrow over Kim Sae-ron’s death and stated that the spread of such false information by Garo Sero Institute damages the reputation of not only the agency but also the deceased. They urged people to stop spreading or magnifying baseless falsehoods.

Meanwhile, according to the Seongdong Police Station, Kim Sae-ron was found collapsed at her home last month at the age of 25. The agency stated that the dating rumors were unfounded and that the photo seemed to have been taken when they were under the same agency. They were unclear about Kim Sae-ron’s intentions for her actions.
