On the morning of the 27th, a representative from Basecamp Company officially stated to OSEN, “Lim Joo-Hwan has indeed worked at a Coupang logistics center in the past.”
On the 26th, an online community and SNS were abuzz with a netizen’s report of seeing Lim Joo-Hwan working at a Coupang logistics center, which quickly gained traction. Given that Lim Joo-Hwan is a well-recognized actor, having starred in numerous films and dramas, the sightings caused a stir.
OSEN’s investigation confirmed these accounts as accurate. Lim Joo-Hwan had worked at a Coupang logistics center several times during a break between projects, although he is not currently working there as he is preparing for his next project.
Recently, there has been a notable decline in the frequency of content production in the entertainment industry, including films and dramas. The film industry’s downturn, leading to a sharp decrease in the number of productions, and the impact of OTT platforms and YouTube on broadcasting companies have been contributing factors to the reduced number of dramas.
