Hite Jinro’s ‘Firefighter Family Healing Camp’… Hope Shared with 11 Families

HiteJinro organized the “Firefighter Family Healing Camp” at the Alpensia Resort in Pyeongchang County, Gangwon from the 10th to the 12th. This camp, marking its fifth year, was attended by 33 members from 11 families of fallen firefighters nationwide. The program included ski lessons for children, tourism and experience programs, and family communication parties to strengthen family bonds.

HiteJinro CEO Kim In-kyu stated, “We will continue to spread hope to firefighters and their families, and contribute to creating an atmosphere that enhances treatment through increased social awareness.”

Meanwhile, HiteJinro signed a business agreement with the Fire Department in 2018 to “improve the treatment of firefighter families and raise public safety awareness.” They have been providing various supports, such as scholarships, living expenses, and legal fees for the families of fallen firefighters.
