Donald Trump, the U.S. President-elect, announced that he plans to swiftly advance policies such as blocking illegal immigration and reviving the American energy industry immediately upon taking office.
On January 19th, in local time, a day before his inauguration, President-elect Trump spoke at an election victory celebration held at the ‘Capital One Arena’ in Washington, D.C. He stated, “Starting tomorrow (20th), I will act with historic speed and strength to address every crisis facing our nation.”
He continued, “Tomorrow at noon, we will take back our country. The long decline of America over the past four years will come to an end, and we will begin a new day of bringing back America’s might, prosperity, dignity, and pride forever. We will end the rule of Washington’s failing and corrupt political establishment and administration.”
President-elect Trump emphasized, “We will stop the invasion at the borders, reclaim America’s wealth, and unleash the liquid gold (oil) beneath our feet. We will restore law and order in our cities, rekindle patriotism in our schools, and oust the far-left ‘woke’ ideology from our military and government.”
