Israel returns an additional 30 bodies of Palestinians.

Israel has returned 30 Palestinian bodies to the Gaza Strip, as reported by the health ministry run by Hamas. This brings the total number of bodies returned by Israel to 120, including 45 bodies returned on the 14th and 15th respectively. The medical team is examining the bodies before returning them to their families.

Following a ceasefire agreement, Israel agreed to return 15 Palestinian bodies for every Israeli hostage body returned. Hamas announced the return of two additional Israeli hostage bodies, which the Israeli military has confirmed as hostages’ remains.

Previously, on the 13th, Hamas returned three Israeli hostage bodies and one Nepali hostage body. On the 14th, they returned four more hostage bodies, but one was confirmed not to be a hostage.

Hamas, as part of the first stage of the ceasefire agreement, is required to return a total of 28 hostage bodies but has so far returned nine, including one Nepali. If any hostage bodies are not returned, the Israeli government plans to form an international task force to search for them in the Gaza Strip.
