Wemade Max to Fully Realize Efforts from Mad Engine Integration … Setting the Stage for Improved Performance by 2025

2024 Revenue of 75.1 billion KRW…Operating Loss of 8.7 billion KRW, ‘Wemade Max fully integrated Mad Engine as a subsidiary, raising expectations for improved performance in 2025.’,

‘Wemade Max recorded a revenue of 75.1 billion KRW and an operating loss of 8.7 billion KRW in 2024. Although Mad Engine was incorporated as a subsidiary last December, only about 15 days of revenue was reflected in the annual results. On the other hand, the parent company, Wemade, publisher of ‘Night Crow,’ achieved its best-ever results with an annual revenue of 712 billion KRW and operating profit of 8.1 billion KRW in 2024.’,

‘With Night Crow driving Wemade’s growth, it’s expected that Wemade Max will also lead performance improvement in 2025 as the effects of incorporating Mad Engine become evident.’,

‘Night Crow has continued to produce significant results in the global market. Since its launch in 170 countries last March, it has secured a wide user base, maintaining a peak daily concurrent user count of 300,000. The cumulative domestic and international sales reached over 500 billion KRW by 2024, and there are plans to apply for a publishing license to enter the Chinese market, along with major quarterly updates.’,

‘Following Night Crow, Wemade Max is preparing an aggressive lineup of new titles. There are over 10 new mobile titles currently in development, spanning various genres such as MMORPG, PC/console, extraction shooter, collectible and idle RPGs, and SNGs.’,

‘One of the most anticipated new titles this year is the zombie extraction shooter, Midnight Walkers. This game received praise for its unique concept and differentiated gameplay at Gamescom 2024. It is set to undergo a global open test on the Steam platform at the end of February and will be released in early access after participating in Steam Next Fest in June.’,

‘In addition, there is a new content update scheduled for MIR4, and the MMORPG MIR5, which is being developed in collaboration with Nvidia, is also set to be unveiled.
