The largest robot exhibition in South Korea, the ‘2025 RoboWorld,’ will be held from November 5 to 8 at the KINTEX Exhibition Center 1, Halls 1-3 in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province.
On the 25th, the Korea Robotics Industry Association announced its plans to organize the largest exhibition in history for the 20th anniversary of RoboWorld, featuring 350 companies and 1,000 booths from both domestic and international participants.
The exhibition will showcase a full range of robot categories, including humanoid robots, physical AI, autonomous manufacturing, industrial robots for smart factories and automation, professional and personal service robots, autonomous driving and logistics robots, and medical, rehabilitation, and defense robots.
This year, the ‘International Symposium on Robotics (ISR Asia)’ will also be held, featuring lectures by renowned figures in the field of robotics from around the world. It is expected to have three tracks, over 40 sessions, and approximately 1,000 attendees within the exhibition center.
An association representative mentioned, “About 50 companies applied to participate during last year’s exhibition, and currently, about 50% of the booths have already confirmed their participation.” They added, “We anticipate a record number of applications during the early registration period.”
In celebration of the 20th anniversary, commemorative events and special exhibits will also be organized. Various programs are planned to allow industry insiders to see the development of the robotics industry and the history of RoboWorld over the past 20 years.
RoboWorld is hosted by the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Energy and co-organized by the Korea Robotics Industry Association, the Korea Institute for Robot Industry Advancement, and the Institute of Control, Robotics, and Systems.
