This development reflects the trend of companies using SAP Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) to develop their own applications for cost processing and accounting management.
Accordingly, this solution reduces the burden of additional application development during the digital ERP transition and is said to reduce SAP licensing and upgrade costs compared to existing SAP system-based applications.
Notably, this solution is developed based on the SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) to help companies transition SAP ERP in a cloud environment more quickly and efficiently. SAP BTP is an open cloud platform that integrates applications, data, and business processes.
SK C&C plans to register the SAP cost and accounting management specialized solution in the ‘SAP Store’ app marketplace to offer it to global companies as Software-as-a-Service (SaaS).
