Schneider Electric, a company specializing in energy management and automation, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Alyce Group for strategic cooperation in the data center and cloud infrastructure fields.

Founded in 2015, Alyce Group is an AI education solutions company that provides virtual practice environments for both in-person and remote education, and possesses the capability to establish its own AI data center infrastructure specialized for AI research.

Through this agreement, the two companies plan to collaborate in several areas, including reviewing the possibility of utilizing Schneider Electric’s equipment in major domestic data center projects, such as the modular data center that Alyce Group plans to establish. They will also jointly propose and conduct sales activities for PMDC and AI data center projects that are ongoing or planned in Korea and the Asia-Pacific region, share technical expertise and market information, and hold joint events, seminars, and training programs.

Kwon Ji-woong, CEO of Schneider Electric Korea, stated, “Data centers are the core infrastructure in the AI era, where high energy efficiency and sustainability are crucial. Through this agreement, we aim to open new possibilities in the domestic and international AI data center market, leveraging Schneider Electric’s global capabilities and technologies with Alyce Group.”
