In order to operate the service efficiently, the Personal Information Protection Commission operates a ‘virtual innovation support team’ in a matrix organizational structure. The virtual team includes personnel from departments responsible for protection laws, visual information, anonymous information, etc. A dedicated officer will be assigned to enhance communication and cooperation with applying companies. General complaints or simple legal interpretations can still be obtained through the Personal Information Protection Commission complaint team or legal interpretation team as before.’,
