“Megazone Cloud announced on the 25th that it had unveiled media production solutions applying cloud and AI technology at the ‘Asian Contents & Film Market (ACFM)’, a side event of the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF), which took place from the 20th to the 23rd.”,
“At ACFM, Megazone Cloud set up a booth in collaboration with Amazon Web Services (AWS). Their media-specialized solution, which connects the entire process from planning, editing, rendering, asset management, to distribution on a cloud-based platform, garnered significant interest.”,
“Using their self-developed cloud video editing solution, ‘Space Edit’, Megazone Cloud demonstrated high-quality video editing on a standard laptop equipped with a low-spec internal GPU at the exhibition booth. Visitors experienced connecting to high-spec computing resources on the cloud using this laptop to run video editing programs like Adobe Premiere Pro, effectively editing high-resolution scenes with multiple effects.”,
“Additionally, in collaboration with the AI startup Twelve Labs, Megazone Cloud demonstrated an AI-based video search function. This technology, which allows users to describe the scene they want to see in natural language for the AI to quickly locate it, attracted attention from content creators present.”,
“They also introduced ‘Space Render’ and ‘Space DAM’. Space Render provides a scalable environment that automatically adjusts according to project size and workload, enabling rapid handling of large-scale rendering while efficiently managing resource usage and costs. Space DAM is a content asset management system that integrates various content assets like videos, images, and subtitles, with distribution capabilities to platforms like YouTube and OTT channels.”,
“Kim Do-yeon, CEO of Studio Target, who visited the booth, commented, ‘Space DAM goes beyond simple storage by offering features necessary for actual production settings, such as video and subtitle management, making it highly applicable for small studios. The potential to simplify the complex archiving process using cloud technology was particularly impressive.'”
