Megazone Cloud, a leading AI and cloud company led by CEO Donghoon Yeom, is embarking on a digital transformation of the Railway Construction Project Management System for the Korea National Railway.
On the 20th, Megazone Cloud, in consortium with HumanPlus, Gonggam IT, and Anysoft, won a contract for the “Construction Management System Advancement Project” to migrate the Korea National Railway’s Construction Project Management System to the cloud and establish a data-centric integrated management framework.
This project aims to enhance the efficiency of railway infrastructure projects and strengthen data-driven decision-making systems. To achieve this, the Megazone Cloud consortium will undertake key tasks specified by the Korea National Railway, including implementing a cloud IT environment, advancing integrated construction project management, establishing a business document management system, and introducing new functions for managing private investment projects.
For this project, Megazone Cloud has formed a consortium with HumanPlus, Gonggam IT, and Anysoft, each possessing expertise in their respective fields. Megazone Cloud will oversee the design and operation of the cloud-based architecture. HumanPlus, an ERP specialist company in construction, will handle the advancement of work systems based on its experience in ERP and PMIS/PMS development tailored to construction project management (CPMS/EPMS). Gonggam IT will construct the data management framework using its capabilities in public data linkage, quality management, and GIS-based visualization technology. Anysoft will handle the migration of existing systems and their integration advancement, backed by its extensive experience in building and advancing information systems for various public institutions.

This year, the company has been selected as a supplier for the “AI Voucher Support Project” and the “2026 Industry-Customized Innovation Voucher Support Project,” conducted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and the National IT Industry Promotion Agency (NIPA).
