“From Agentic AI to Physical AI” LG CNS Unveils AX Innovation Cases

On the 30th, at the Conrad Hotel in Yeouido, Seoul, LG CNS held a client invitation event called “AX Fair 2025” and presented the latest AX innovation cases based on Agentic AI and Physical AI.

At the event, LG CNS introduced the enterprise agentic AI platform, “AgenticWorks.” Comprising six modules, this platform supports the entire life cycle of designing, building, operating, and managing enterprise agentic AI services and can be utilized in both on-premise (built-in) and cloud environments. Currently, concept verification (PoC) related to its adoption is underway, focusing on financial clients.

The event also showcased agentic AI services built using AgenticWorks, such as the “VoC (Voice of Customer) Analysis Agentic AI Service” and the “HR-Specialized Agentic AI Service.” The VoC Analysis Agentic AI Service reduces the time taken to classify 1,000 customer reviews from 2 days to about 40 seconds and decreases the human error rate of omissions and misclassifications. It alerts handlers to urgent issues in real-time and sends apology emails to customers immediately.

Other departments such as marketing and management can significantly enhance productivity and customer satisfaction through the analysis reports provided by the VoC analysis agentic AI service. The HR-Specialized Agentic AI Service analyzes tens of thousands of submitted resumes and aptitude test data during large-scale recruitment, recommending suitable candidates and automatically generating interview questions for each applicant, improving work productivity by about 26%.

Kim Tae-hoon, Executive Director of LG CNS AI Cloud Business Division, stated, “Based on hundreds of AX project experiences, we have developed the enterprise platform ‘AgenticWorks,’ which allows companies to establish and operate agentic AI services easily and safely. We aim to lead a major transformation to an agentic AI-centered system focused on achieving goals and become an AX partner designing the future with our clients.”

The keynote speech included five speakers: LG CNS AI Center Director Jin Yo-han, LG CNS GenAI Business Manager Lim Eun-young, Ivan Zhang, co-founder of Cohere, LG AI Research Institute Executive Director Lee Hua-young, and Professor Myung Hyun from KAIST. Ivan Zhang from Canada’s leading AI company Cohere highlighted the importance of security and compliance in the process of adopting agentic AI services and introduced the North platform, explaining, “The ‘Studio’ module of LG CNS AgenticWorks is implemented based on North.”

In 12 AX business tracks and 6 AX technology tracks by industry, AX innovation cases from clients such as NH Nonghyup Bank, Shinhan Card, HD Hyundai Construction Equipment, and LG Electronics were shared.

Meanwhile, around 1,000 participants from various industries such as manufacturing, logistics, finance, distribution, public sector, and healthcare attended the event.
