Duzon Bizon, Operating Profit 20.1 Billion Won…”Entering a Performance Turnaround”

Duzon Bizon announced on the 5th through its third-quarter performance disclosure that it achieved consolidated sales of 97 billion KRW and an operating profit of 20.1 billion KRW. Compared to the same period last year, sales increased by 14.5% and operating profit by 29.4%. As the company entered a full-scale performance turnaround phase, both sales and operating profit continued to grow for six consecutive quarters, with an operating profit margin of 20.7%.

The performance for this quarter is the result of significant enhancements in cloud solution sales, including Duzon Bizon’s ERP (accounting, tax, HR, etc.), groupware (email, messenger, electronic approval, etc.), and EDM (electronic document creation, storage, management, etc.), as the company proactively prepared for cloud transition.

The success has been influenced by ONE AI, which signed introduction contracts with over 1,000 companies within four months of its launch, accelerating the transition from digital to AI, thereby brightening future prospects. Additionally, existing customers who previously used products on a single-module basis are now reviewing the adoption of complete integrated modules, indicating potential for further performance growth.

For this quarter, Amaranth 10, Duzon Bizon’s core solution, has significantly contributed to performance with continuous growth in new customer acquisition and cloud adoption. OmniEsol, released in July this year, has also been pursuing large corporations and group company markets based on new partnership policies, showcasing high potential for sales growth across the company’s core solutions.

As the completeness of core solutions has improved, additional hiring of developers and outsourced costs have decreased, leading to a structure where sales growth highly reflects operating profit, with the increase in operating profit margin expected to continue.

A company representative stated, “Many companies recognize the need for cloud transition and AI utilization, but there are various technical and operational challenges in successfully establishing and applying these in actual corporate environments. Duzon Bizon has overcome these challenges, creating significant improvements in work efficiency and convenience through cloud work environment transition and AI utilization.”

The representative further emphasized, “We plan to further advance cloud and AI-related technologies to expand application to various industries such as law, healthcare, and public sectors, thereby broadening our performance base. Building on the successful model confirmed in the domestic market, we will strengthen strategic partnerships with global big tech companies like AWS (Amazon Web Services) and Microsoft, actively entering the global market to achieve greater results.”
