, ‘Daso System utilized the ‘Simulia PowerFLOW’ application to create a digital twin of the car exterior and utilized it for fluid dynamics simulations. Through over 10,000 simulations, they evaluated the airflow around the powertrain underbody, front splitter, and the rear without a wing. Olivier Jansonnie, Stellantis Motorsports WEC project director, said, “From the first day, we were able to easily view and understand the results of the airflow simulation and make the first decisive design choices, leading the rest of the design.” He added, “Through simulations alone, we were able to achieve 80-90% of the development.” ‘,
