Prime Minister Kim Min-seok mentioned the ‘Constitution-Respecting Government Innovation Task Force,’ aimed at identifying public officials involved in the state of martial law, as an “unavoidable measure for restoring constitutional order swiftly and integrating the public sector.”
During a cabinet meeting at the government complex in Seoul this morning (18th), Prime Minister Kim emphasized that “various investigations will be conducted promptly and concluded within the necessary range in accordance with the constitution and due process, neither excessive nor insufficient.”
He added that regarding the task force, “Efforts will be made to ensure that the administration exercises wisdom in focusing and exercising moderation in its stable innovation, in line with the public’s demand to resolve internal conflicts and focus on public welfare.”
