“North Korean Troop Deployment, Nothing More Than Mercenaries as Cannon Fodder for a Dictatorial Regime”

North Korean troops dispatched to the Ukraine war are reportedly receiving compensation.

Defense Minister Kim Yong-hyun revealed at the National Assembly’s comprehensive national defense committee today that North Korean troops sent to Russia are receiving a certain amount of remuneration.

Minister Kim also criticized that Chairman Kim Jong-un sold mercenaries to solidify his dictatorship, stating that the deployed soldiers are merely being used as cannon fodder.
