**”Balance of Luxury and Advanced Technology”**

The Korea Automobile Journalists Association announced on the 6th that it has selected the ‘Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid’ as the Car of the Month for April.

The Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid scored 35 out of 50 points and was finally selected as the Car of the Month. It received 8 out of 10 points in the interior and exterior design and emotional quality category, 7.5 points in the safety and convenience features category, and 7 points each in power performance, energy efficiency, and greenhouse gas emissions categories.

Won Sun-woong, Chair of the Car of the Year Selection Committee, evaluated, “The Lincoln Nautilus Hybrid is a model that intricately implements the philosophy of ‘silent flight’ with its hybrid system. It combines a 2.0L turbo engine with a 99kW electric motor to deliver a system output of 321 horsepower, offering seamless acceleration performance without transmission shock based on the electronic continuously variable transmission.”

Furthermore, he added, “The advanced features such as the 48-inch panoramic display and rejuvenation function expand the vehicle into a relaxation space, with the interior design’s completeness and convenience being at the top level in its class. It is a well-balanced model of luxury and advanced technology, making it a great choice for consumers who prioritize comfortable and leisurely driving.”

The Korea Automobile Journalists Association has been selecting and announcing the Car of the Month since 2019. Last month, the Kia EV5 GT was selected as the Car of the Month. Vehicles selected as the Car of the Month are granted the privilege to proceed directly to the first round of final judging for the Korea Car of the Year (K-COTY) without going through the preliminary reviews for the first and second halves of the year.
