Hankook Tire releases brand collaboration video with Germany’s Brabus

Hankook Tire & Technology (161390) recently unveiled a brand collaboration film with the German luxury mobility brand BRABUS. This collaboration was designed to widely promote the premium brand images of both companies to customers worldwide, sharing a passion for technological advancement in the future mobility sector and a design philosophy centered on innovation. Hankook Tire is leading the electrification paradigm in the mobility industry with its world’s first full lineup of electric vehicle-specific tire brand ‘iON’, while BRABUS focuses on customizing high-performance electric cars.

The film showcases the ‘Mercedes-AMG EQS 53 BRABUS’ equipped with the ultra-high-performance electric vehicle tire ‘iON evo’, which races on Germany’s iconic Meppen Race Track, demonstrating advanced driving performance. The ‘iON evo’ provides excellent grip and control on both wet and dry track surfaces, supporting the explosive performance of BRABUS vehicles stably. In particular, it perfectly controls all noise generated from the road surface, enhancing the immersive experience of the video.

Prior to this video, Hankook Tire captured significant global attention with its release of a shorts video of about 10 seconds last year, announcing its role as the official technology partner for BRABUS. The brand film is available on Hankook Tire’s global official YouTube and Instagram channels.

Meanwhile, Hankook Tire continues to bolster its standing as a premium brand leading innovation in the mobility industry with BRABUS. In November of last year, they held a global launch event for the ultra-high-performance tire ‘Ventus evo’ at BRABUS headquarters in Germany and participated in Europe’s largest car exhibition ‘2024 Essen Motor Show’, where they attracted visitors’ attention by equipping BRABUS high-performance tuning vehicles with the ‘Ventus evo’ products.
