, “On the 3rd, BYD Korea unveiled its second electric vehicle model, the BYD Seal, at the ‘2025 Seoul Mobility Show’ media day held at KINTEX Exhibition Center 1 in Ilsan and began pre-orders.”,
,
, ‘Cho In-cheol, head of BYD Korea’s passenger division, stated, “Excluding the electric vehicle purchase subsidy, the sale price will be between 47.5 million and 52.5 million KRW,” adding, “The vehicle delivery timing and launch price will be determined after completing certification procedures and electric vehicle subsidy calculations.” It is known that BYD Korea is preparing to aim for delivery by the first half of the year.’,
,
, ‘Director Cho further remarked, “The Atto 3, introduced at the launch event in January, has received confirmation of the national subsidy from the Ministry of Environment and is starting customer deliveries.” The confirmed national subsidy is 1.45 million KRW.’,
,
, ‘The domestic sales price of the Atto 3 is between 31.5 million and 33.3 million KRW. Including local government subsidies, it is expected to be purchasable in the high 20 million KRW range. Considering the European sales price of 40,000 euros (about 58 million KRW) and the Japanese sales price of 4.4 million yen (about 41 million KRW), Korea offers a cheaper price.’,
,
, ‘The BYD Seal is the first among BYD’s electric vehicle lineup to apply Cell-to-Body (CTB) technology, integrating the upper cover of the battery pack completely with the vehicle’s body floor, greatly enhancing collision safety.’,
,
, ‘Additionally, it uses an 82.56kWh BYD LFP Blade battery, allowing a maximum drive range of 520 km on a single charge (WLTP standard). The AWD model can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.8 seconds.’,
,
, ‘Meanwhile, at the 2025 Seoul Mobility Show, BYD Korea is showcasing a total of 8 representative models from BYD’s key brands, including the BYD Atto 3, Seal, Sea Lion 7, Yangwang U8, U9, Denza D9, Z9GT, and Formula Bao 5, under the theme of ‘BYD Tech Wave.’’,
