BMW Korea releases ‘PHEV 3 Models’ as a limited online edition in April for its 30th anniversary.

On the occasion of its 30th anniversary, BMW Korea is introducing special editions each month. BMW Korea announced on the 4th that it will release five limited online edition models in April through the ‘BMW Shop Online’ on the 8th.

This month, they will offer three attractive plug-in hybrid (PHEV) models themed around one of BMW’s iconic colors, blue, along with a special online edition adorned in enchanting velvet orchid color, and another online edition with enhanced premium features added to a standard model.

The three special April limited edition PHEVs from BMW Korea are:
– BMW 750e xDrive M Sport Pro Individual Two-Tone Mauritius Blue Edition
– BMW 550e xDrive M Sport Pro Blue Onyx Edition
– BMW X5 xDrive50e M Sport Pro Night Blue Edition

The BMW 750e xDrive M Sport Pro Individual Two-Tone Mauritius Blue Edition is inspired by the captivating hues of the Mauritian coast with BMW Individual special paints ‘Mauritius Blue’ and ‘Oxide Grey’ creating a sophisticated harmony, emphasizing the grandeur of the flagship sedan. It is a PHEV model combining a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor, producing a total maximum output of 489 horsepower, reaching 100 km/h from a standstill in just 4.8 seconds. It features a high-voltage battery of 22.1 kWh capacity, allowing up to 60 km of all-electric driving. The exterior includes a black kidney grille and BMW crystal headlights with striking lighting effects, as well as M high-gloss exterior lines, an M rear spoiler, and 21-inch BMW Individual multi-spoke wheels for a dynamic feel. Only 10 units are available, priced at 236.3 million KRW.

The BMW 550e xDrive M Sport Pro Blue Onyx Edition is a limited model applying BMW Individual special paint ‘Blue Onyx’ to create a rich and appealing exterior. With a PHEV powertrain combining a BMW TwinPower Turbo inline six-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor, it offers a total maximum output of 489 horsepower and a torque of 71.4 kg·m, accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.3 seconds. Featuring a high-voltage battery capacity of 22.1 kWh, it can travel up to 62 km in electric mode per charge. The exterior is accentuated by 21-inch BMW Individual aerodynamic wheels in Jet Black and red-caliper M Sport brakes, along with a black kidney grille, M light shadow line, M rear spoiler, and M high-gloss exterior lines to enhance its sporty vibe. It is limited to 10 units, with a price of 122.2 million KRW.

The BMW X5 xDrive50e M Sport Pro Night Blue Edition is an online limited edition, adding a stylish BMW Individual paint and M Sport Pro package to the regular X5 xDrive50e model. As a PHEV, it combines a BMW TwinPower inline six-cylinder gasoline engine and an electric motor, delivering 489 horsepower, reaching 100 km/h in just 4.8 seconds. Equipped with a 29.5 kWh high-voltage battery, it can travel up to 77 km in all-electric mode when fully charged. The body features a dynamic ‘Night Blue’ paint reminiscent of the mysterious glow of deep night, with a black kidney grille and 22-inch M double-spoke bi-color wheels for a bold presence. Limited to 20 units, priced at 147.5 million KRW.

Additionally, BMW Korea will sell the ‘BMW i7 xDrive60 M Sport Individual Two-Tone Velvet Orchid Edition,’ combining alluring velvet orchid with refined black sapphire, with only 5 units available at 237.6 million KRW. The ‘BMW X6 xDrive40i M Sport Pro Special Edition,’ an online limited edition with BMW Individual paint and M Sport Pro package added to the standard X6 xDrive40i model, will be available in 20 units, priced at 141.3 million KRW.
