“Actor Han Ga-in’s episode on ‘You Quiz’ has disappeared from TVING,” reported Star News on the 6th. It was confirmed that the 282nd episode of the tvN entertainment program ‘You Quiz on the Block’ (hereafter ‘You Quiz’) was made private on the OTT platform TVING.
The ‘You Quiz’ episode 282, which aired on February 26th, featured South Korean national short track representatives Park Ji-won, Kim Gil-li, Jang Sung-woo, a student named Yoon Joo-eun who left a legendary quote six years ago, and Han Ga-in as interview guests.
Recently, Han Ga-in got caught up in controversy as comedian Lee Soo-ji’s fake documentary on ‘Daechi-dong moms’ gained huge attention. This is partly because Han Ga-in had previously uploaded a video of her children’s academy ride, which led to a flood of negative comments targeting her children. Consequently, Han Ga-in made the video private.
An Joo-hee PD from Honey Bee Studio, the production team behind Han Ga-in’s YouTube channel ‘Freedom Wife Han Ga-in’, confirmed to Star News that “it is true that the video of Han Ga-in picking up her children, which was uploaded last year, has been taken down, and there are no plans to re-upload it.” She explained that the reason for taking down the video was due to the excessive negative comments about Han Ga-in’s children, emphasizing that it was to protect them.
Later, during her appearance on ‘You Quiz’, Han Ga-in clarified, “Because of my image, people think I excessively make my kids study, but that’s absolutely not the case.” Despite her explanation, negative comments about Han Ga-in continue to surface.
Although the episode of ‘You Quiz’ featuring Han Ga-in was made private, related clips are still uploaded and accessible on the ‘You Quiz’ official website, portal sites, and YouTube.
