The family of the late Kim Sae-ron has criticized actor Kim Soo-hyun, blaming him for the circumstances surrounding Kim Sae-ron’s death. In an interview with Ga Se Yeon on the 10th, the family stated, “It’s true that Kim Soo-hyun and the late Kim Sae-ron were in a romantic relationship for six years. Kim Sae-ron worked without pay to help Gold Medalist company get established, but was discarded like an old shoe.”

Kim Sae-ron was involved in a drunk driving accident in May 2022, and later that year, Gold Medalist terminated her exclusive contract.
