**[OSEN=Reporter Ha Soo-jung]** ‘Flame Baseball’ is entering the stove league ahead of its inaugural season.
Today, on the 5th, at 8 PM, the second teaser video for the StudioC1 baseball entertainment program ‘Flame Baseball’ will be officially unveiled via their YouTube channel.
The teaser video features scenes from the 2025 season’s stove league with players from the Flame Fighters, sparking the viewers’ interest. Having claimed victory in the final game last season and returned from a reward vacation in Hawaii, the Flame Fighters players enter the “room of truth” in varied appearances.
First, Lee Dae-ho, who set new records for most hits, highest batting average, and most RBIs in the 2024 season, appears with a relaxed demeanor and displays the dignity of a season MVP. In contrast, Song Seung-jun, Shin Jae-young, and Jung Yi-yoon, who had less impressive records, walk in with signs of unease, creating a stark contrast that elicits laughter.
During the stove league, the Flame Fighters, who have received their 2024 season evaluation reports, will fiercely compete to make their case for joining the team next season. Curiosity is piqued about which Flame Fighters player received the highest salary increase.
Meanwhile, Yoo Hee-kwan and Nipper form a mother-son scam team with agent Lee Ye-rang. The confident agent, stating “Money talks are originally done with mom,” passionately argues for the salary increases of Yoo Hee-kwan and Nipper. During the tense salary negotiations, Director Jang exclaims, “These people are robbers!” and storms out. Buoyed by “mom’s” presence, Nipper asserts, “There’s no player like me.”
Amid the escalating tension, some of the Flame Fighters burst into tears over unexpected stove league outcomes, while others cheer with joy, solidifying their resolve. Expectations are rising for the first broadcast, which will reveal which members will join ‘Flame Baseball’ for its glamorous inaugural season and which players will be released.
The results of the Flame Fighters’ stove league can be seen today at 8 PM on StudioC1’s official YouTube channel.
Meanwhile, on the 29th of last month, JTBC disclosed that they filed criminal charges against StudioC1 and PD Jang Si-won, stating, “Due to continuous acts of hosting intuitive games similar to JTBC’s ‘Strongest Baseball,’ infringing on ‘Strongest Baseball’s’ copyright,” they issued an official statement.
