The article titled “Eyelash Extension Speculation on Park Na-rae’s Instructor, Says ‘I Am Indeed a Medical School Professor'” addresses the rumors surrounding an individual who allegedly performed eyelash extensions for Park Na-rae. This person has clarified that they are indeed a professor at a medical school, in response to the circulating doubts and speculations.

[My Daily = Reporter Kwak Myung-dong] Broadcaster Park Na-rae, SHINee’s Key, and mukbang creator ‘Eats Like a Bird’ Haetnim have been implicated in allegations of illegal medical practices by “Injection Auntie” Lee, who once again claimed, “I was indeed a professor at Inner Mongolia Medical University.”

On the 18th, Lee posted a photo of a building with a sign in Chinese on her KakaoTalk profile, writing “Inner Mongolia Medical University Third Affiliated Hospital.”

She further insisted, “I was a professor at Inner Mongolia Medical University from 2014 to 2019. I simply couldn’t go to Inner Mongolia due to COVID-19 in 2019, and the pandemic’s economic hardship was tough. I was also notified late about the change to ‘Science and Technology University’ in July 2021.”

Previously, on the 7th, she uploaded a photo of herself in a doctor’s gown at a hospital in Inner Mongolia on Instagram, claiming, “I studied hard going back and forth to Inner Mongolia 12 to 13 years ago and became the youngest professor at the Inner Mongolia Baogang Medical University Hospital as the first foreigner. I even brought Korean Plastic Surgery Centers there.”

In response, the “Association for a Fair Society” noted, “The so-called Baogang Medical University, where Park Na-rae’s Injection Auntie claims to have been, is non-existent—a ghost university.”

Meanwhile, YouTuber Lee Jin-ho claimed on the 10th that Lee “posed as a board-certified plastic surgeon but was actually a high school graduate.” He added, “She worked in support roles at a skin clinic near Seoul and was also responsible for eyelash extensions.”

Regardless of Lee’s assertions, her medical practice in Korea is illegal. The Korean Medical Association stated, “It needs to be immediately verified whether Injection Auntie holds a domestic medical license since she is involved in providing illegal medical services, collecting prescriptions, hoarding medical supplies, and proxy prescriptions. If it is revealed she practiced without a Korean medical license, strong legal and administrative actions must be promptly enforced in accordance with the Medical Act and other relevant regulations.”

In the meantime, the Seoul Western District Prosecutor’s Office Food and Drug Crime Investigation Department has taken over the case filed by former Korean Medical Association President Lim Hyun-taek, who accused Lee of violating medical laws and is now investigating since the 12th.
