Seong Hae-eun, the influencer, shared a glimpse of her fitness-filled daily life. On the 12th, a video titled “Hae-eun’s Daily Routine of Dieting” was uploaded to the YouTube channel ‘Happy Hae-eun’. In the video, Seong Hae-eun prepared for a workout early in the morning. She mentioned, “Many people are curious about the type of exercises I do. I will reveal my workout-filled lifestyle.”

At the gym, Seong Hae-eun performed various exercises alongside others. Later, she was seen having a meal of salad without dressing, drawing attention. She commented, “My acquaintances say I resemble a rabbit.”

One day, during her workout session, Seong Hae-eun experienced leg pain and visited the hospital, where she was advised to rest for at least a week. Consequently, she focused on upper body exercises instead and enjoyed working out with fellow gym members.
