[OSEN=Yu Su-yeon Reporter] Dancer Lia Kim will appear as a special judge for the mega crew mission on Mnet’s ‘Street Woman Fighter 3’ (hereafter ‘SWF3’).
According to OSEN on the 23rd, Lia Kim will join as a special judge for the mega crew mission, a key stage in ‘SWF3’, and will evaluate the contestants.
Mnet’s ‘World of Street Woman Fighter’ (directed by Kwon Young-chan CP, Choi Jeong-nam PD / hereafter ‘World of SWF (WSWF)’) is the third season of Mnet’s mega hit ‘Street Woman Fighter’, garnering significant interest even before its start with its new concept of an international competition.
The previous season, ‘SWF2’, aired in 2023, also set new records daily, with Lia Kim appearing as the leader of 1MILLION and leaving a strong impression with her performances.
The mega crew mission stage, in particular, has exceeded 12.05 million views on YouTube, being repeatedly cited as an iconic scene of the series. Lia Kim, who led the mission before, returns this season as a judge.
Lia Kim began her career as a street dancer, won awards at international competitions, transitioned to a choreographer, and founded the 1MILLION Dance Studio. She has choreographed hit songs for numerous artists such as TWICE, Sunmi, and IU. In 2019, she became the first choreographer to receive the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism Commendation at the Popular Culture and Arts Awards, solidifying her status as a symbol of K-dance.
The crew ‘BUMSUP’, representing Korea in ‘SWF3’, is also gaining significant attention with their mega crew mission. With Lia Kim, symbolic of this mission, stepping in as a judge, expectations are rising.
Meanwhile, the mega crew mission featuring special judge Lia Kim will air on the 24th (Tuesday) at 10 PM on Mnet’s ‘World of SWF’.
