Despite appealing for injustice with tears in court, the Supreme Court upheld the previous judgment.
On the morning of the 26th, the first division of the Supreme Court dismissed the appeals of Park Soo-hong’s older brother Park Mo and his sister-in-law Lee Mo, who were accused of violating the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Economic Crimes (embezzlement). As a result, the previous sentences were confirmed: 3 years and 6 months in prison for Park Mo and 1 year and 6 months with a suspended sentence for Lee Mo.
