Prosecutors seek a two-year prison sentence for ‘Transit Love 2’ star Kim Tae-i on drunk driving charges… “Remorseful”

On the 12th, Chief Judge Jang Seong-jin of the Seoul Central District Court’s Criminal Division 21 conducted a final trial for Kim and two others who were indicted on charges including violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment of Specific Crimes (dangerous driving injury).

The prosecution requested the court to sentence Kim to two years in prison. A friend identified as A (30) was also indicted for allegedly falsely testifying that they, and not Kim, were driving. The prosecution sought a fine of 5 million won for A.
