According to drama industry sources on the 13th, it has been finalized that Park Ji-hyun will not appear in the second season of the SBS drama ‘Chaebol Detective.’
With Park Ji-hyun not joining, the production team is considering other actresses, but nothing has been confirmed yet. Filming is set to begin early next year once casting is complete.
‘Chaebol Detective’ is a drama in which a third-generation chaebol becomes a detective in a major crimes unit and showcases a flashy, flex-style investigation. The drama first aired in January 2024, reaching a peak viewership rating of 11% and gaining significant popularity.
