Oh Seung-eun revealed past reasons for leaving ‘Infinite Girls’ mid-way: “I was pregnant” (Perfect Life)

On the TV CHOSUN show , airing today (15th) at 8 PM, actress and former “entertainment queen” of the 2000s, Oh Seung-eun, will reveal why she had to leave the popular variety show “Infinite Girls” midway.

Actress Oh Seung-eun visits to update people on her life after a long time. When a photo from the 2008 show “Infinite Girls” was shown, MC Oh Ji-ho asked her, “Didn’t you suddenly quit the show?” Oh Seung-eun explained, “I became pregnant, so I had to leave.” She shared that, despite receiving a drama offer, she had no choice but to halt her activities, capturing attention. MC Hyun-young, who was also a member of “Infinite Girls” season 2, added, “The missions back then were rough. We even dragged an airplane with a rope(?).” She noted that the missions required tremendous strength, making it very challenging to participate while being pregnant.

Currently living in Gyeongsan, Gyeongsangbuk-do, having left Seoul a decade ago, Oh Seung-eun visited a dance academy and captivated with her immersion into the dance trends popular during her entertainment heyday in the 2000s. Hyun-young recalled, “In the past, you had to dance as an initiation ritual when appearing on a variety show,” reminiscing about when Oh Seung-eun was active on shows like “Kang Ho-dong’s Match Made in Heaven,” and “X-Men.” Oh Seung-eun also said, “It brings back memories,” admitting that dancing under certain circumstances back then was burdensome. However, as soon as music played, her expression changed and she surprised the studio with her undiminished dancing skills.

Oh Seung-eun also shared her current efforts in practicing choreography and singing as she prepares for a new trot song. Having appeared on “Miss Trot 2,” she confessed, “Everyone has a dark past. I sang Kim Soo-hee’s ‘It’s Too Much’ but was eliminated in the preliminaries,” expressing her disappointment. MC Hyun-young predicted that “the new song seems like it will be a hit,” expressing excitement about Oh Seung-eun’s new song “Okaybari,” known for its catchy lyrics. As she prepares for her comeback as a singer, Oh Seung-eun also unveiled her 2025 New Year diet plan, sparking curiosity.
