[My Daily = Lee Seung-gil Reporter] The farewell ceremony for actor Song Jae-rim, who left us too soon, will be held.

The farewell ceremony for Song Jae-rim will be held at 12 PM on the 14th at Seoul’s Yeoido St. Mary’s Hospital. As requested by the bereaved family, the ceremony will be conducted privately. The burial site is the Seoul City Cemetery.

According to the police, the deceased was found dead at his home in Seongdong-gu at around 12:30 PM on the 12th. No evidence of a crime, such as homicide, was found, and it has been reported that a suicide note was discovered at the scene.

Song Jae-rim debuted in the 2009 film ‘Actresses’ and became known through the MBC drama ‘Moon Embracing the Sun’. He appeared in numerous works, including ‘Fantastic Tower’, ‘Two Weeks’, ‘Surplus Princess’, ‘Unkind Women’, ‘Goodbye Mr. Black’, ‘Our Gab-soon’, ‘Secret Mother’, ‘Clean with Passion for Now’, ‘Let Me Hear Your Song’, ‘Not Thirty Yet’, and ‘Café Minamdang’. More recently, he was seen in TVING’s ‘Queen Wu-ssi’ and JTBC’s ‘Fierce Love’. Notably, he received great affection from the audience through his appearance in MBC’s ‘We Got Married’ in 2014.

Since the expiration of his exclusive contract with his former agency last year, Song Jae-rim continued to work independently. He appeared in his musical debut ‘The Rose of Versailles’, which concluded on October 13. His final work will be the movie ‘Crash: A Man Whose Business Failed’, scheduled for release.
