[Joy News24 Reporter Jeong Ji-won] Member Minji of Neujins revealed her complicated feelings by indirectly mentioning the conflict between Hive and Min Hee-jin, the former CEO of Adore.
On the 2nd, Minji opened up through the fan communication app Poning, saying, “I hoped the summer would end quickly as I couldn’t bear the heat, but as the sky gets higher and I feel the coming of autumn, my heart is fluttering.”
,
Minji seemed to target the recent dismissal of Adore’s CEO Min Hee-jin, saying, “There were small things and such things that I wanted to tell you all about, but it’s already been a week and I couldn’t do that,” and “I wanted to reassure the Bunnies who worry and comfort me, but this time, I can’t.”
Minji expressed her frustration, saying, “Even though a day is not enough to tell only good stories, why should I endure this unnecessary hardship and feel sorry for not being able to resolve anything and not having a single thing properly resolved?”
She added, “I don’t know how long these unsettling days will continue, but I hope that Bunnies and we won’t spend any more difficult times” and “I’m sorry for writing this late at night. Good night.”
This is the first time a Neujins member has directly revealed their feelings about the conflict between Hive and former CEO Min Hee-jin.
On the other hand, Adore held a board meeting on the 27th of last month and dismissed CEO Min Hee-jin, appointing Kim Ju-young as the new CEO. Min Hee-jin’s side protested, saying, “This dismissal decision directly contradicts the shareholders’ agreement and the prohibition of exercising voting rights relief order.”
The replacement of Adore’s CEO comes about four months after the conflict between Hive, the parent company of Adore, and former CEO Min broke out in April, and it is expected that the conflict between the two sides will continue.
With Hive holding an 80% stake in Adore, on May 31, at Adore’s interim general meeting, there were allegations of ‘management rights takeover,’ prompting the dismissal of former CEO Min, but the court accepted the relief request for restraint of voting rights made by former CEO Min and it did not happen.
