In a shocking revelation, a model and actor identified as A has been exposed as a broker who sold Korean women to a Cambodian criminal organization. According to Dong-A Ilbo, A allegedly lured a woman in her 30s, referred to as B, to Phnom Penh, Cambodia, in April last year under the pretense of hiring a Japanese translator and sold her to the criminal gang for 5 million won.
B was reportedly detained for a month during which she was forced to participate in adult broadcasts. When the donations did not meet the targets set by the organization, she was subjected to physical abuse. Fortunately, B was dramatically rescued by her family.
B’s testimony suggests there might be more victims, as she reported hearing cries for help from the neighboring rooms. A is known as a bit-part actor and model whose name can be found on domestic portal sites.
