“Hive is focusing on replacing Min Heejin as the CEO, and Lee Jaesang, the current Hive CSO (Chief Strategy Officer), along with other Hive C-level executives, are being considered as likely candidates for the new board members,” according to sources in the investment banking (IB) industry on the 22nd.
The sources indicate that Lee Jaesang, Hive CSO, Kim Jooyoung, Hive CHRO (Chief Human Resources Officer), and Lee Kyungjoon, Hive CFO (Chief Financial Officer), are likely contenders to be nominated as new board members at the upcoming interim shareholders’ meeting of Adore scheduled for the 31st.
The two main issues to be voted on at this Adore interim shareholders’ meeting are the dismissal of the current board members, including Min Heejin, and the appointment of three new board members. It has been reported that Hive has been reviewing potential candidates for the Adore board members in advance.
