Sports Chosun’s online journalist Lee Woo-joo reports that rapper MC Mong has revealed his noticeably fuller appearance.
Recently, MC Mong posted several photos with the caption, “I hit 94 kg and am now in the process of losing 10 kg. You were surprised, right? Hahaha.” The photos, presumably taken in his studio, show MC Mong in an all-black outfit with a mask covering his face, showcasing his increased weight. He recently shared his latest news in a media interview, intentionally revealing these photos possibly anticipating the surprise of fans at his changed appearance.
Meanwhile, back in 2010, MC Mong was embroiled in allegations of dodging military service by intentionally extracting a molar. However, in 2012, the Supreme Court acquitted him of these charges. Nonetheless, for delaying his military duty by applying to civil servant exams twice, he was convicted of obstruction and received a sentence of six months imprisonment, suspended for one year, along with 120 hours of community service.
MC Mong later co-founded One Hundred Label with CEO Cha Gawon, transitioning into a producer role. Last year, he garnered attention with the debut of the girl group Bad Villain, which he oversaw as the executive producer.
