Lee Seung-hwan reveals US entry records “Far-right YouTuber who wanted to bet ran away”

[OSEN=Reporter Jang Woo-young] Singer Lee Seung-hwan has disclosed documents that he had promised to reveal as part of a bet with a YouTuber.

On the 21st, Lee Seung-hwan posted on his Instagram, “In the end, the YouTuber ran away. I reluctantly accepted the bet he proposed to put an end to the tiresome fake news, only to find him evading the topic and making excuses. He just resorted to cowardly and petty personal attacks. Nonetheless, I am sharing the promised documents.”

Previously, on the 16th, Lee Seung-hwan stated on social media that he’d gone to the U.S. for his niece’s wedding and was not denied entry by the CIA or HTML. In response, some right-wing YouTubers expressed suspicion due to the lack of photos from the wedding and with acquaintances. A YouTuber challenged him to a bet, provoking Lee Seung-hwan. He accepted the challenge, attaching conditions of permanent suspension of YouTube activities over the entry into the U.S., referring to it as ‘Kessaek-bbang’ (dispersing all).

Lee Seung-hwan added, “We will immediately follow YouTube’s internal procedures for spreading false information, and once the identity of the couple is confirmed, we will pursue legal action. We will also review whether there are other YouTubers, bloggers, and malicious commenters who have defamed my reputation.”

Lee Seung-hwan expressed disappointment, saying, “Do you really believe it’s fabricated? Seriously? Still? Ah… the mysterious world of the far-right.”

Meanwhile, last December, Lee Seung-hwan performed at a candlelight rally calling for the impeachment of President Yoon Seok-yeol and has criticized the emergency martial law situation of December 3.

Full remarks from Lee Seung-hwan

The YouTuber ultimately ran away. I reluctantly accepted the ‘bet’ he proposed to end the annoying fake news, only to find excuses instead of the bet. He just resorted to cowardly and petty personal attacks.

Nonetheless, I’m sharing the promised documents.

We will immediately follow YouTube’s internal procedures for spreading false information, and once the identity of the couple is confirmed, we will pursue legal action. We will also review whether other YouTubers, bloggers, and malicious commenters have defamed my reputation.

When did I say I went to the moon? I just ate a burger in the U.S. and posted “Jani?” on social media, only to be swarmed with skepticism asking how that’s possible, leading to this commotion.

Eventually, a YouTube channel beloved by civil war advocates might disappear.

What is this about? How are we supposed to maintain ‘Yunka’ like this?

Why believe such nonsense as ‘CIA click’? It’s distressing, really.

Carefully review the entry and exit documents, and if you still can’t believe it, you should report me for falsifying official documents. Don’t just hide behind anonymity and scribble around.

I won’t file a false accusation.

Do you really believe it’s fabricated? Seriously? Still? Ah… the mysterious world of the far-right.
