However, fans mourning Seo Hee-won compiled a video of her during her lifetime and displayed it on the screen.
Fans also played the tribute video on a large screen at the Nanjing Plaza in China.
Seo Hee-won passed away from acute pneumonia during a trip to Japan on the 2nd. She is survived by her mother, her husband Koo Jun-yup, her younger sister Seo Hee-jae, and two children.
The revelation that Seo Hee-won left behind a fortune of approximately 120 billion KRW has stirred controversy. Notably, her ex-husband Wang Xiaofei and his mother, Zhang Lan, have been spreading baseless rumors to the point of being banned from Chinese social media.
